Our Philadelphia Office is located on Roosevelt Blvd. We have two hygiene rooms that have televisions for your children to watch movies. We also have a game room with two Video Arcade machines, a Lego table, and many toys for your children to play with during their visit! Digital Radiographs were a necessity for our office, as we wanted to lower the exposure of radiation for our patients.

Parents Are Always Welcome In Out Treatment Rooms with their child. Our focus is on making your child’s visit as comfortable and FUN as possible. Your child is our utmost concern.

Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We make an effort to provide a treatment plan that fits your timetable and budget. Forms of payment accepted by the office include check, cash, visa, mastercard, american express, and discover.

Insurance companies change. Please call the office for a complete list of companies that we participate with.

If we receive all of your insurance information on the day of your hygiene visit we can preauthorize your treatment. It takes at least 20 to 30 days to receive a preauthorization back, even though we file everything electronically. When we know what your insurance will pay, we are able to break down payments per visit. If there is a change in what the insurance company pays, you will be billed within days of our receiving payment. You are responsible for all amounts not paid by insurance.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. You have a contract with your dental insurance company. We are not responsible for how a company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can estimate your portion of the cost of treatment. We at no time guarantee what the insurance company will pay. We also cannot be responsible for errors in filing. We file claims as a courtesy to you.

NO INSURANCE COMPANY PAYS 100% OF ALL PROCEDURES:
Dental insurance aids individuals in receiving treatment. Most companies pay between 50-80% of the total fee. The percentage is usually determined by your employer who has paid for the coverage, and the contract that your company has with the dental provider.

BENEFITS ARE NOT DETERMINED BY OUR OFFICE:
Insurances usually reimburse less than the actual fee. Their statement makes us seem that our fees are much too high. This is not an accurate statement.

DEDUCTIBLES and CO-PAYMENTS:
When estimating dental benefits, deductibles and percentages must be considered.

We see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so we can reserve a time for your child. We make every effort to maintain time commitments, trying to remain on schedule, thus avoiding delays in treatment or extensive waiting. We request that you extend the same courtesy to us. A child is a special person with their own fears and anxieties. Please be prompt for you appointments. This enables us to ensure proper care and compassion for your child. They deserve all the time allotted to allow them to feel comfortable.

The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. Preschool children and children requiring the parent in the treatment room should be scheduled in the morning. Young children are fresher in the morning. Missing school is kept at a minimum with regular dental care. Dental appointments are an excused absence and we will be happy to provide you with a school note if you request one. In addition, with regular visits, we are able to keep cavities to a minimum.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with advanced notice. You may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
