X-Rays
X-rays are a necessary part of a dental visit to avoid missing something. Besides showing cavities x-rays show bone disease, injury, missing teeth, as well as infection and many other things. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends x-rays every 6 months if your child is prone to cavities. We only take necessary x-rays. In addition all of the x-rays we take are digital which have a 85-90% decrease in the amount of radiation over conventional x-rays.
